As the year 2015 comes to an end, here's another great desert for that New Years party you will be going too. It is easy and taste great, no one will know its gluten free.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 cups gluten free flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. xanthan gum
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter
1. Preheat oven 325
2. Mix flour, salt, baking powder and xanthan gum together
3. Melt chocolate with butter and vanilla over a double boiler
4. Stir eggs into flour, slowly pour in melted chocolate mixture.
5. Fold in 4 ounces of chocolate chips.
6. Drop batter ball shape 2 inches apart on sprayed cookie pan.
7. Bake 10 to 15 minutes and cool on rack.
