Gluten Free Banana Bread

This yummy banana bread recipe I have been using for years. It can be made with gluten free flour or regular flour.  Everywhere I bring this bread all love it. So here is the recipe.

Banana Bread
2 eggs                           3/4 cup sugar
3 well ripped bananas  1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 cup milk                 1/2 Tsp. baking soda
1/4 cup oil                    1/4 Tsp. nutmeg
1 Tsp. vanilla               2 cups of flour
optional- add chopped walnuts or chocolate chips 1/2 cup

Blend eggs, bananas, milk, oil and vanilla at medium speed till smooth.
Mix all dry ingredients together
Mix all together just till moist
Add optional nuts or chips

Preheat oven 350
Spread into well greased loaf pan 9x5x3 or 3 5x3x2
Cook large loaf pan 1 hour or 35-45 minutes for 3 small ones

Let cool and enjoy!!!
