Grain Preparation

Quinoa       2 Cups        1 Cup     Simmer 10-15            Side dish, cold salad

Teff           2 Cups         1/2 Cup  Simmer 15-20            Hot cereal
 
Wild Rice  1 Cup          1 Cup      Simmer 30                Side dish, stuffing

Gluten free broth or soup may be used as a substitution for the water to add
flavor to the grain
