Day 1 Of 5 Popular Gluten Free Foods


Celiac disease is life changing in many ways.
The only treatment is a strict gluten free diet.
There are many foods that are gluten free
naturally, I will list over the next few days.

1.  Potatoes

Potatoes have nothing to do with gluten.  They
are completely safe to eat.  It is always safe to
order a baked potatoe when eating out.  Fries are
another story, usually the fries are fried with
gluten foods, making them unsafe to eat.  Always
ask if fries are done in a separate fryer.

2.  Rice

Rice is another food  you can enjoy that is
naturally gluten free.  Season as you wish
and replace pasta with this yummy grain.

3.  Legumes

Legumes are healthy in any form, high in
fiber and vitamins.  They can be added to many
different foods, and is a good source of protein.
