5. Oils
Oils are safe for celiacs, which is good news
because it means you can add flavor to your
foods. Some health benefits come from
coconut and olive oils.
6. Corn
Many people with celiac avoid corn, thinking
it is unsafe due to association with wheat and
farming. Corn has its own gluten called corn
gluten, making it a good replacement for
gluten in some recipes.
