7. Fish
Fish is a protein, super healthy and a great
choice for anyone with celiac. Tuna and salmon
are excellent sources of omega 3 fatty acids. You
can enjoy fish alone or with a side salad or
vegetable.
8. Meat
Meats are generally safe to eat. This includes chicken
as well as ground beef, pork or turkey. Just watch if
adding bread crumbs, make sure they are gluten free.
9. Eggs
Eggs are great for people with celiac, or any non vegan
person. They contain all the essential amino acids, which
mean they are a complete protein. They are high in choline,
which is linked to brain health.
They can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner. A great
food choice for all.
