It's almost Thanksgiving, stuffing is usually
a must at all tables, here is a easy gluten free
stuffing, for all to enjoy.
Ingredients
- 1 pound of gluten free bread
- 3 tablespoons olive or canola oil
- 2 diced onions
- 2-3 diced celery stalks
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. chopped sage
- 2 cups of gluten free chicken broth
- 2 eggs
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325 grease a 3 quart baking dish
2. Cut bread into cubes and spread in baking sheet
3. Bake in oven till crisp about 15- 20 minutes
4. Heat oil in a skillet and stir in onions and celery
till soft. Stir in thyme, sage, salt and pepper.
5. Mix toasted bread crumbs, broth and eggs into
vegetables. Place in baking dish.
6. Bake in oven for 30 minutes covered, then uncover
bake for 10 more.
Serve warm and enjoy!
