Day 1 Of 2 Minerals You May Need

Most minerals we need we get from the foods we eat.
Sometimes we just can't consume enough, and this
can lead to deficiencies.  Many people are deficient
in one or more essential minerals.
Mineral deficiencies are most commonly diagnosed
by a blood test.  Here are 2 out of 5 you may find
yourself deficient in.

1.  Magnesium

This mineral is especially important for women,
as it prevents bone loss that may lead to osteoporosis.
It can also help regulate blood pressure, and it its
known for its sleep enhancing benefits.  It is estimated
about 80% of Americans are deficient in it.

2.  Calcium

This is the most abundant mineral in the body.
Calcium is best known for its important role in
bones and teeth.  If your deficient in this mineral,
it will absorb it from your bones and teeth, causing
brittle bones and tooth decay.
