Day 2 of 4 Gluten Free Food Lists.

  Meats/Protein
  • chicken/ turkey
  • fish/shellfish
  • canned tuna or chicken
  • tofu
  • beef
  • cold cuts ( all Boars Head are gluten free)
  • hot dogs
  • gluten free veggie burgers

   Dairy
  • milk
  • cheese
  • yogurt
  • eggs
  • butter/margarine/sour cream
  • gluten free pudding
 As I make this list, there is still alot to think about when food shopping.  I have metioned before  of hidden gluten in many products you would never think.  The key is reading labels for ingredients and if need be calling companies to make sure if there is a particular product you like and are unsure of.
