Healthy Afternoon And Evening Gluten Free Snacks

Afternoon/ Evening Snacks
  • make a smoothie with yogurt, banana and blueberries
  • gluten free cookies
  • popcorn
  • low fat ice cream or yogurt
  • corn nachos and salsa
  • gluten free pudding
  • fruit
  • make a gluten free smores
  • dried nuts some dark chocolate
  • gluten free bar


I always recommend a Greek style low fat  yogurt, it is higher in protein.
There are many snacks to choose from, it is a matter of taste and preference.
Having Celiac just means being prepared, reading labels and always carry or bring a snack with you.
