Healthy Mid Morning Snacks

Midmorning Snack
  • String cheese and gluten free crackers
  • hard boiled egg and an orange
  • dried fruit and some almonds
  • yogurt with berries
  • peanut butter with apples or bananas
  • kind bar or gluten free bar
  • some peanuts and almonds
  • gluten free cereal with milk

Gluten free crackers - Glutino, Van's, Lance, Gluten free, Mary's, Breton, Crunchmaster and Schar are just a few brands to choose from.

Gluten free bars- Kind, Quest, Go Free, Udi's, Chia, Glutino, Think Thin, Trader Joe's, Lara, Enjoy Life, and Natures Bakery are a few to choose from.

Gluten free Cereal-  Cheerios, Chex, Udi's granola, Van's, Pebbles and Special K are again just a few great options.
