Avocados




Avocados are healthy and gluten free.  There are many ways to use them.  Mash and make into a dip adding some lemon juice or balsamic vinegar.  You can add them to a salad or chop up and add to a sandwich.  Either way Avocados taste great and have a lot of health benefits.  So pick one up today and enjoy.
