Ingredients
1 stick soft butter
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 Tsp. vanilla
3 cups gluten free oats
1 1/2 Tsp. baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips ( I use enjoy life)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
In a large bowl beat butter, sugars, peanut butter till smooth, add in eggs and vanilla
beat until blended. Now add oats and baking soda mix and stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by tablespoon onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-13 minutes and cool
You will not believe these are flourless. Everyone will enjoy.
