Quick Gluten Free Banana Bread

A great gluten free banana bread made with over ripped bananas.  The ingredients you probably already have at home.  It tastes great and is gluten free, no one will know the difference.  Cooking time is about 1 hour  and cooling time  of about 1 hour.   After cooled you are good to slice it and enjoy.
This bread taste moist, slightly nutty and satisfying.  You will enjoy and love this bread!


Ingredients

3 ripped bananas
1/2 Tsp.vanilla
1 egg
3 Tbsp. of melted butter or oil
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. of honey
3 Tsp. of baking powder
1/2 Tsp. of nutmeg
3/4 cup almond milk or skim milk
11/4 cup almond flour
11/4 cup gluten free oats
11/4 cup gluten free flour

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 and spray loaf pan
2. Mash bananas add milk and rest of ingredients whisk together
3. Add flours and oats stir
4. Bake for 1 hour or until lightly brown
5. Let cool, slice and enjoy
