With the Super bowl tomorrow, here is a healthy low calorie, gluten free snack. Everyone remembers from childhood this oldie but good snack called ants on a log. It's made with celery sticks, peanut butter or almond butter, and raisins or trail mix. Cut the celery in half, spread on butter of your choice, top with raisins, trail mix or mini chocolate chips. Easy to make and a good for you snack, one all can enjoy. This yummy treat will satisfy your sweet craving for less than 200 calories. So go ahead and enjoy!
