Easy Gluten Free Chocolate Cake

Its Friday, there's not a better day, to make a chocolate cake.  There's always a reason to bake, who doesn't like cake.
This is simple and easy to make, it taste just as good as regular cake.
You know being gluten free, bringing your own desert becomes routine.  So keep this recipe handy when you need to
bake something quick.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups gluten free all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
1/3 cup oil
1 Tsp. baking soda, 1 Tsp. vanilla
1 Tsp. white vinegar
1 cup cold water
1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of chocolate chips

Directions

1. Preheat oven 350
2. Stir together all dry ingredients.
3. Stir together all wet ingredients.
4. Add all together stir till just mixed, don't over mix.  Stir in chocolate chips.
5. Pour in square pan bake just till toothpick dry time about 30 minutes.

Let cool and either put frosting on top, confectioner's sugar, or melt chips and drizzle on top.
Then make a cup of tea and enjoy!!
