Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

There's nothing like a fresh chocolate chip cookie.  Once your told you have Celiac you think the days of the yummy cookies are gone for good.  These are so good, you'd never think they are gluten free.  It is a simple receipt for all to enjoy.  You will  need to chill the dough before baking, so plan ahead if you are going to make these.

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter softened
1/4 cup sugar white 1/4 cup sugar brown
1 egg
1 Tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 cup gluten free flour
1 cup of chocolate chips ( I like enjoy life)

What to do

1. Cream butter and sugars in a large bowl add egg and vanilla and beat well.
2. Add flour in slowly and stir in chocolate chips
3. Place dough into the refrigerator for 4 hours
4. Once chilled preheat over 350 and roll into balls on ungreased pan
5. Bake for 8-10 minutes till lightly brown

They taste sweet, not greasy and perfect to me.
