Meal Planning For People With Celiac Breakfast Choices

Having to eat gluten free can be a challenge.  You should  eat healthy foods to make sure you get in all the vitamins and minerals you need.  You must  plan healthy meals, and learn to read labels.  Eating healthy and balanced is important to prevent any deficiencies.  Today I  will give you sample breakfasts that are gluten free and healthy.

Day 1- Egg Omelet with spinach, tomato and cheese with 2 slices of gluten free whole grain toast and a 1/2 grapefruit.

Day 2- Cream of rice with 1/2 cup almond milk with blueberries and a few walnuts

Day 3- Gluten free bagel with some peanut butter and a banana

Day 4- Gluten free cheerios with milk and an apple

Day 5- Greek yogurt with some gluten free granola and a hard boiled egg

Day 6- Gluten free bagel with lox or cream cheese and a pear

Day 7-  Gluten free oatmeal, with some granola and a piece of fruit
