Meal Planning for People With Celiac Lunch Choices

Today I will go over some healthy gluten free lunch ideas.  I find the best way to eat healthy and gluten free is to bring your lunch to school or work.  You never have to worry about cross contamination or if your choice is truly gluten free.  You must plan, shop and prepare ahead of time for the week.  Here are some healthy balanced lunches.

Day 1- Tuna salad with gluten free crackers mayo and celery and an orange

Day 2- Turkey on gluten free whole grain bread with lettuce and avocado bag of popcorn and an apple

Day 3- Salad with grilled chicken and vegetables and a Greek yogurt

Day 4- Grilled fish or chicken tacos with lettuce and tomato and corn tortillas

Day 5- Roasted chicken with vegetable, small baked potato

Day 6- Gluten free pizza with a piece of fruit

Day 7- Healthy sandwich, yogurt and a piece of fruit
