Today I will list a few healthy dinner ideas, gluten free and well balanced. Having Celiac disease takes planning as I have said, and a lot of label reading. So here are some great dinner ideas.
Day 1- gluten free pasta with turkey sausage spinach, basil and green beans
Day 2- grilled chicken with mushrooms and asparagus with a baked potato
Day 3- Steak with a baked sweet potato with grilled zucchini
Day 4- Salmon grilled with brown rice and spinach
Day 5- Pork loin with mash potatoes and broccoli
Day 6- Gluten free mac and cheese with a spinach salad low fat dressing
Day 7- Beef or chicken stir fry with mixed vegetables gluten free soy sauce
