Christmas Fudge



One last Christmas easy gluten free recipe.

Christmas fudge

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
12 ounces chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup dried cranberries, raisins, and walnuts

Directions

Line an 8 inch square pan with foil, and spray

Mix sugar and milk over medium heat, add butter
stir and boil for 5 minutes.

In a double boiler melt chocolate and mix in
cranberries, raisins, and nuts.

Pour sugar mix into chocolate stir and pour in pan.

Refrigerate for 3 hours, or until firm.

Cut into 1 inch cubes and decorate with sprinkles or
holiday sugar.

This is very tasty and looks nice.  For all to enjoy!!
