Day 1 OF 7 Gluten Free Breakfast
Chocolate Cashew Muffins
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups smooth cashew butter or any nut butter
5 eggs
2/3 cup honey or maple syrup
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 grease muffin tin
2. Beat cashew butter and eggs till smooth
Beat in syrup or honey, cocoa powder, vanilla,
salt, and baking soda.
3. Put in 12 muffin tins
Bake 15-20 minutes Remove from oven and cool
in pan for 5 minutes, transfer to cooling rack
Enjoy!
