Day 7 Of 7 Gluten Free Breakfasts

Walnut and Dried Fruit Granola

Ingredients

2 cups chopped walnuts
1 cup chopped almonds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup shredded coconut
2 Tbsp. melted coconut
3 Tbsp. honey
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup dried cranberries

Directions

Preheat oven to 300
Mix nuts, seeds, coconut in large bowl
Add coconut oil and honey, mix well
Bake on parchment paper for 20 minutes, or until
lightly browned
Add the dried cranberries and raisin and toss till
combined
Cool before eating

Makes about 6 cups
