Day 2 Of 2 Ingredients With Gluten N-Z
This list is ingredients that contain gluten. If
something is not labeled gluten free, look at
the ingredients to make sure it is gluten free.
N- Nishasta
O- Oriental Wheat, Orzo Pasta
P- Pasta, Pearl Barley, Persian Wheat, Polish
