Gluten Not Only In Grains
Gluten is not only found in grains. Wheat and oats
are the most common ones associated with gluten,
however gluten hides in many foods where you
would not suspect. It can be found in sauces,
flavorings, dressing, and processed meats.
Other items include candy, gum, chap stick,
ice cream and instant coffee. Even medication
can contain gluten. If there is a label, read it and
read it well, never assume.
