Gluten Sensitivity?

Gluten sensitivity is not necessarily celiac disease.
Non- celiac gluten sensitivity, the most common
form of gluten intolerance, is characterized by
gastrointestinal problems, headaches or fatigue.
About 6 - 10 % of the population suffers from this.
These symptoms clear up, when gluten sensitive
people eliminate gluten from their diet.

Celiac disease is an inherited auto immune disorder
that can affect multiple organs.  Celiac disease can
be identified by malabsorption, impaired growth
and chronic diarrhea or vomiting.  However
gluten sensitivity causes some similar symptoms,
but milder.
