Rotisserie Chicken

Whether you are too busy to make dinner or have
to feed unexpected guests, a rotisserie chicken from
the grocery store can save you time.  Where can you
find a gluten free rotisserie chicken?

1. Sam's club- They have seasoned rotisserie chickens
with a gluten free label.  They also contain no msg, no
artificial flavors or colors and no added hormones.

2. Costco-  Costco's rotisserie chickens are also gluten
free.  You can find them with the Kirkland label.  These
also contain no msg, artificial flavors or colors.  They
are prepared separately, so there is no risk of cross
contamination.

3.  Boston Market- There rotisserie chickens are gluten free.

Unfortunately, not all store chickens are labeled or are gluten
free.  Many share a kitchen that is not dedicated to gluten free
food.  That is why many do not carry the gluten free label.

Never assume that all rotisserie chickens are gluten free.  Some
have spices that have gluten.  Others are coated with flour, and
in rare cases, some stuffed with bread crumbs.  It all comes down
to label reading and researching if needed.
