Travel Tips Day 1 Of 3

Summer is  here, the biggest time to travel.
The most important thing is to plan ahead.
Travel, dining out, or even a Sunday hike
are all great opportunities to enjoy life.
With some planning, you can eat safe, and
maintain a nutritious, diverse, gluten free
diet.

Traveling should not be a big deal.  Some feel
better about planning ahead.  They like to know
the options that are gluten free and know what is
available.
If possible, pack gluten free food to bring with you
when you travel.  Some good choices are peanut
butter, crackers with cheese, bars, nuts, pretzels,
tuna or trail mix.  This could help if there are
delays, leaving you hungry with no gluten free
choices available.
