Two Of Four Energy Rich Foods To Help Fatigue And Anxiety
Fatigue whether mental or physical, puts strain
on your body. It can lead to high glucose, stress,
depression, anxiety, and much more. There are
many foods to help prevent and cure tiredness.
One thing for sure, is you need to exercise and
consume green leafy vegetables. Here are two
of four foods to help with fatigue.
1. Bananas
You should make bananas a part of your daily
diet, this fruit contains potassium and minerals.
Ingesting bananas regularly has been shown to
prevent fatigue, depression, and many others.
Bananas have many vitamins, fibers, and
antioxidants.
2. Green tea
Many studies have shown that green tea contributes
to bone health. A cup of green tea can also help
fight depression, anxiety, stress and fatigue.
Tea contain polyphenols that contribute to reducing
various physical and mental problems. It naturally
boosts your immunity and contributes to brain
health. Green tea also has loads of antioxidants
and minerals that promote metabolic activities and
prevent obesity.
