Day 4 Of 5 Fruits And Vegetables
Use healthier cooking and baking methods.
1. Try steaming, grilling, roasting, and baking
vegetables. These are healthier with adding
little to no fat.
2. Chop up fruits and vegetables into bite size
pieces. Use all different colors, add a bowl of
low fat dressing for the vegetables and low
fat yogurt for the fruit. Every one will love
these healthy dips.
