- Vitamin B6- infection fighting vitamin
- Folate- Helps with cells
- Vitamin D
- Calcium- needed for bones and teeth
- Iron- Helps carry oxygen in your blood
- Vitamin B12-
- Thiamine, Riboflavin and Niacin
add them to your diet.
