Day 1 Of 3 Super Spices


There are many spices that are beneficial to your health.
Here are a few that are easy to find and use.  A couple
of sprinkles a day, can keep the doctor away.

1.  Ginger- My favorite of them all.  Ginger can help with
nausea, stomach aches, and pain.  It can help with heartburn
and bloating.

2.  Nutmeg-  This spice contains antibacterial compounds.
It can help fight listeria, E. coli, and salmonella, according
to research.  It can help relieve pain, soothe indigestion and
detoxify the body.
