As a Registered Dietitian and a mom of a son with Celiac, I want to educate on a healthy gluten free diet.

Supplements That Do Not Work For Celiacs
Celiac disease, an autoimmune disorder that
causes damage to the lining of the small intestine.
It can only be treated by following a gluten free
diet. Not eating gluten works because gluten is
the protein that the body reacts to in order to start
the inflammatory response that damages the small
intestine.
Many people want and hope there is something they
could take to help process the gluten, unfortunately
there isn't. Many companies have come out with
supplements that are useless to people with Celiac.
Here is a list of a few:
BioCore DPP IV
Digest Gluten Plus
Gluten-Ade
Gluten Cutter
Gluten Defense
Gluten Digest
Gluten Enzyme DG
Gluten- Zyme
Glutenaid
GlutenEase
ProCellax DGCF
SerenAid
Similase GFCF
ZGlutn
These are not FDA approved and not effective
