Day 1 Of 5 Super Fruits
The Pomegranate
This fruit is packed with antioxidants, has
about 600 seeds, and contains almost three
times the total antioxidants than green tea
and red wine.
The Acai Berry
This super fruit grows in rain forests in South
America. This dark berry has been shown to
have twice the antioxidants than blueberries,
as well as omega 3 fatty acids. It also contains
some protein, and lots of fiber. You can't go
wrong with this fruit.
