Exercise is healthy for all. Try to fit in
some form of fitness you like and enjoy.
Exercise makes you feel better and will
help the healing process.
4. Eating out
The gluten free trend has made it easier to
enjoy eating out and eating gluten free.
You should always call the restaurant before
you go, see what they offer gluten free.
Watch out for cross contamination.
