Cranberries
A Thanksgiving favorite, cranberries are
also loaded with antioxidants which protect
cells against compounds called free radicals.
They have also been linked to preventing
urinary tract infections.
Goji Berries
These berries are found in China, Mongolia
and in the Himalayas in Tibet, goji berries
have been used to protect the liver, help
eyesight, improve fertility, boost immune
system, and promote longevity.
