Day 1 Of 4 Tips For A Safe Gluten Free Holiday!
Here come the holidays. Are you ready to
have a safe gluten free one? Whether it's
Christmas, New Year's or Hanukkah, here
are a few tips to make them safe.
To start, gluten free eating has gotten
easier over the years, with more products
available and many more stores to shop in.
Here are some tips to start the holiday off
right.
1. Gluten free meats, they include turkey,
chicken, most hams. Always watch if the
meat has any stuffing in it, or next to it.
2. When you think Hanukkah, you think
brisket. The meat itself is gluten free,
however it is usually prepared with some
form of gluten. Be careful, ask first.
3. That yummy stuffing, most likely not
gluten free. Bring a side dish of a gluten
free stuffing for all to enjoy.
