Last Day Tips For A Gluten Free Diet

Once diagnosed, you can start to make
some positive changes to improve your
health and diet.  Here are the last of my
gluten free tips.

4.  Know which alcohol to avoid.  You
need to remember beer, lager, stouts and
ales contain gluten.  There are gluten free
brand available.  Some gluten free alcohol
includes cider, wine, sherry, and liqueurs.

5.  Watch out for cross contamination.  This
one is important.  You need to ask questions
when you are eating out.  Many places share
fryers, making the gluten free French fries a
no for people with Celiac.

6.  Avoid dressings and sauces that contain
gluten.  Many pasta sauces, gravies, soups
are thicken with flour.  Again ask before
eating, and read labels on any broths or
sauces you use.
