One of the big issues to eating gluten free is money.  It does cost
more to eat gluten free.  That 2$ loaf of bread just turned into a
6$ frozen loaf, that could only be found at certain stores.  Yes
there are many things naturally gluten free and affordable, but
the special gluten free ones are more money.

1. Look for reduced price bread.  When sold fresh, prices are
reduced at night.  Buy and freeze when you can.  I will say
bread freezes well.

Yummy Vegan And Gluten Free Strawberry Fudge Truffles

Every year the chocolate industry finds a way to
our hearts.  When you think Valentines day, you
think chocolate and flowers.  Yes there are many
gluten free chocolates out there, and many are not.
It is hard to find gluten free and vegan.  So here
is a easy and yummy way to please anyone.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk, regular
  • 1/4 cup vegan butter or coconut butter melted
  • 1/2 cup strawberry fruit spread
  • 1/2 cup dairy free chocolate
  • Optional toppings: coconut, mini dairy free chips,
  • sprinkles, or chia seeds

Blood work should be done, and any
deficiency should be treated with

the gene does not necessarily mean you will
develop the disease.  Some factors such as

a blood test, to check for the gene.  If you
do not have the gene, you can not get the
disease.
