think chocolate and flowers. Yes there are many
gluten free chocolates out there, and many are not.
It is hard to find gluten free and vegan. So here
is a easy and yummy way to please anyone.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/3 cup coconut milk, regular
- 1/4 cup vegan butter or coconut butter melted
- 1/2 cup strawberry fruit spread
- 1/2 cup dairy free chocolate
- Optional toppings: coconut, mini dairy free chips,
- sprinkles, or chia seeds
Instructions
Add coconut sugar and milk to a pan and bring to boil
whisking continuously. Simmer for 8-10 minutes,
continue to whisk.
Remove from heat and stir in fruit spread and butter
Cover and refrigerate for 8-10 hours.
Using a tablespoon scoop out the fudge
place on parchment paper and freeze to chill.
Once chilled dip in melting chocolate and put toppings on.
Once chocolate is dried, they are ready to enjoy!
