Day 3 Of 6 Protein Packed Grains



Quinoa is a well known popular gluten free
grain.  Quinoa is a complete source of protein,
provides 6 grams per 1/4 cup serving.  It is
a great source of magnesium, B6, iron, and
potassium.  It comes in many varieties and
flavors.  This grain is a must for all to try.
