Day 5 Of 6 Protein Packed Grains



Millet is said to be one of the best grains
for those with digestive sensitivities.  It is
gluten free and is great when cooked as
a porridge or used in baked goods.
Millet contains manganese, magnesium,
B vitamins, and iron.
It contains about 5 grams of protein
per 1/4 cup serving.
