Food Claims "Gluten Free"

If you have Celiac disease or a gluten
intolerance, gluten free is a must.  However
if you are cutting out gluten because you
think it is healthier you are wrong.
Gluten free foods often contain sugary
starches and additives that mimic gluten.
Some contain more salt and fat.  So
once again read labels, and try to make
the healthy option.
