Another place for cross contamination is the
stove. This can be in your house or restaurants.
Even if you order an egg, you need to think
of where is it being cooked. Is it being cooked
on the same stove where toast or pancakes are
being made? You also need to watch toasters.
If they put a gluten free bun in a toaster where
there is regular toast, there is cross contamination.
