Shopping With Celiac Disease

Like I have said before, many items are
naturally gluten free.  Try filling up your
cart with fruits, vegetables, chicken, meat
and fish.  When buying packaged food,
carefully read labels.  Check for gluten, look
for the gluten free sign or symbol. 
Strict avoidance of gluten is essential for
those with Celiac disease.  The only
treatment is diet.
