Safe Foods And Foods To Avoid
Celiac is an autoimmune disease caused by an
intolerance to gluten. Diet must be wheat, rye,
and barley.
Safe foods:
Plain foods such as: grilled chicken, meats,
vegetables, baked potato, rice, salads, fresh
fruit and vegetables.
Foods to avoid:
Sauces, marinades, gravies, and foods that
are prepared with soy sauce. Any food
breaded or fried. Any food that is coated or
dusted with flour or has any bread crumbs in
it.
