Day 2 Of 3 Vegan And Gluten Free Mood Foods
4. Oats
This is a tricky one for people with Celiac. Oats
are grown with wheat, so I advise to only eat
oats listed as gluten free. Oats are a healthy food,
high in fiber, vitamin B, protein and potassium.
5. Asparagus
Yes it makes your pee smell, however, it is a pretty
healthy vegetable. It is packed with vitamins A, B, C
E and K. It also contains protein, fiber, iron, calcium
and copper.
6. Oranges
They contain folic acid and vitamin B6. These have
been seen to be beneficial for people suffering from
depression.
