Here is the last day of vegan and gluten free
mood foods.
7. Saffron
This spice is popular with the Spanish and Indian
cultures. There is no studies, however people swear
it is a mood lifter. It is worth the try.
8. Bell Peppers
Bell peppers are high in vitamin C, which has been
shown to help with moods.
9. Green Leafy Vegetables
All green vegetables are high in nutrients and low
in calories. This one is a mood booster for sure.
10. Hemp Seeds
Hemp seeds contain protein, fiber and omega 3's.
They can easily be added to cereal, shakes or used
on salads.
