Almond Flour

A great gluten free flour is almond flour.
It is made from almonds that have been
blanched to remove the skins, then ground
to a fine texture that is great for baking.
Almond flour is gluten free, low in
carbohydrates, high in fiber and a good
source of protein.  It is also rich in
vitamins and minerals.
