Cross contmination


Here are some tips to help you avoid cross-contamination:

  • Cutting board (designate as gluten free or clean well   between uses.)
  • Colander (designate as gluten free.)
  • Toaster ( must not be shared)
  • Toaster oven ( can be shared, use foil to prevent contamination.
  • Use separate butter, mayonnaise, peanut butter, or anything you dip into.
Make sure you clean all plates and utensils well.  Try to keep your gluten free items in different area than the ones with gluten.
